Formerly, a very fit person, I've always been preoccupied with food, and I've seen my weight fluctuate incredibly over the years. Working on learning to become less obsessed with food, and make healthfulness second nature.

Hope everything goes great this time - like you, I've been back and forth on SparkPeople for years now - it wasn't until I really started to interact with others, especially with the Dallas Locals, that I made any progress. And yes I'm going on another one 1/27/08 - back to the Carribbean with BNL. Yeah :D Congrats on your first 1/2 marathon - just getting through it was quite the accomplishment. Great job!
