Cauldron of Change

I'm a writer of bi/poly paranormal romance and urban fantasy. My writing and my health are closely related and when I'm knocked off the path of one, I quickly fall off the other as well. I'm hitting a new level of my writing career now and it's time for my fitness to follow.

I'm on this journey with some chronic health problems in tow, (ME/CFIDS, Fibromyalgia, IBS, Insomnia/Circadian Dysfunction), but that just means getting strong enough to pull them behind me with less effort! ...

I just noticed your counter and picture shows you're down 50 lbs and I just had to stop by and say CONGRATS!!! I know you were trying to get down into the 50's so I'm hoping this means you didn't. Keep up the great work!!! emoticon emoticon

Thanks so much for your comment. I hadn't thought about changing the food. I liked your example of Andies mints for Mint chococlate chip ice cream. I appreciate it. It was inspiring and not just someone telling me it will be okay. It had ideas and I truly appreciate that! emoticon

Hey! Thanks for the comment and glad you enjoyed the blog. I hear you on the re regaining of the progress. I was doing great last summer, and able to do some low impact workouts, but now, goodness that is out of the question and I hurt all the time. Flare ups are not cool.

We do keep going though, and faith in our bodies ability to bounce back is important. Enjoy bringing the rebounding back in!! emoticon
