I have decided that after 30 years of not really caring that I was overweight that it is time to do something about it. I am currenly combining sparkpeople, bodyclutter (flylady.net) and oprah's bootcamp. I am determined to attain and maintain a healthy weight.

My Goals:
Lose a signifigant amount of weight as a result of incremental lifestyle changes.
1. eat a healthy sandwhich for lunch and only eat lunch out once a week.
2. eat a healthy breakfast
3. drink 8 glasses of water
4. eat a healthy dinner
5. work out for a minimum of 15 mins 6 days a week

Oprah's bootcamp
