My Goals:
Goals: Run a 5k. Then run some more 5ks. Ride bikes with my daughter (first teach her to ride a bike). Dance around in the living room a lot. Be ACTIVE.

Eat more fruits and veggies. Eat smaller portions. Have an awareness of calories. Get to 130 pounds.

Lower stress by focusing on my goals and my daughter. Try to keep my workload limited to 8-6 M-F and maybe a little time on the weekend.

My Program:
I am in the 5k in 5 weeks group (and highly recommend it!!!)

I am tracking my food as consistently as possible!

I am not working on the weeknights any more (and loving it!)

Personal Information:
I am from Georgia and I have the most awesome 4 year old daughter ever!
