Hi, I’m Dany and I’ve been in pain for the last two years only to find out about 6 months ago I have arthritis. I’m a 20 year old girl with a chronic painful disease that I struggle with everyday. Being overweight does not help this. I desperately need to lose weight. I'm insecure. I have no self esteem and absolutely no support from family. I need this. I need to get healthy.
