Weight is always a touchy subject that many do not take lightly. Those who are too skinny are looked at as being "too thin" and those on the other end of the spectrum are looked at as "too heavy". But what is too heavy and what is too thin? Everyone's body is made differently and can effectively hold a certain weight that is considered healthy for that particular frame. Instead of cutting out calories, carbs, and taking diet pills, spark people will get you on the right track. Instead of being a temporary fix, it teaches lifelong changes to becoming healthy. You learn to have an overall nutrional balance of carbs, calories, fat, and protein which is all stuff our body needs to function. Sparkpeople teaches health ranges of all four areas and with exercising on top of it, it can only be a good thing. Therefore, I am making sparkpeople my addiction so that I can get down to a healthy weight for my frame and live a healthy, well balanced life.
