My weight-loss journey began a few months ago. I have lost 41 pounds, and am trying to shed the last 15. I hope to reach my goal weight by the first of the year when my husband comes home from a one year deployment. edit: 7/7/07 Well Hubby came home and I'm back up to 167. I plan to be more active here and try to get myself back on track before I gain it all back. I have worked way to hard to gain it all back and I won't do that to myself.

My Goals:
I want to become stronger and healthier. I have started training with Kettlebells and am gaining muscle for the first time in my life. It feels good!
My Program:
I eat between 1500 and 1700 calories a day. I try to get in some aerobic exercise (I really like Walk Away the Pound because I have NO excuses NOT to do it) and strength training in 6 days a week. Some days I get both in, some days only one, but I try to do some sort of exercise everyday. I have also started playing basketball with my kids. They love it and we have a great time together.
Personal Information:
I am a SAHM of two boys. We are currently living in Germany, but hope to return to the US by the end of next year.
