Step by step to a healthier lifestyle

My Goals:
My goals...

Well to be healthier, look better & feel my best.

I would like to loose about 30 pounds. Slow enough that it stays off and I am so used to making good choices it is a lifestyle, not a short term fix.

My Program:
Im starting back to tracking my food, but not challenging myself to meet the limits, just to track it no matter what. I also have a 15 minute loop to walk the dog and that's my starting point for exercise, I want to focus on enjoyment first & foremost.

Other Information:
My husband and I have 4 dogs & 2 cats. I have posted a picture of my Little Man with "styling hair" haha

Thanks for the friend add! I've added you back. :) Let me know if I can ever help with anything along your journey! It looks like you have a great starting plan with your tracking and walks; it's best to start with small goals and work your way with consistently positive behavior. What's helped me tremendously has been setting up 5# goals with mini rewards along the way-- things like an at home "spa-night" where I get to pamper myself, or a new pair of running shoes. Have fun reaching your goals, and have an amazing day! SPARK ON, friend!
