It looks like you have a great starting plan with your tracking and walks; it's best to start with small goals and work your way with consistently positive behavior. What's helped me tremendously has been setting up 5# goals with mini rewards along the way-- things like an at home "spa-night" where I get to pamper myself, or a new pair of running shoes.
