I have tried SP last year and almost made it. But I derailed 2 weeks before my goal after many "side trips" and over time gained all my weight back. Today I am exactly where I was in December last year: 139 lbs. I just went shopping for clothes and felt sad that I could only buy tops, no pants. They all looked bad on me. So what does it take for me to commit and stick with it until I succeed? • First and foremost, believe in myself and believe I can do this. • Second, be focused, determined and disciplined. I am doing this for myself, not others. Why do I want to lose weight? •Because if I do, it implies I am exercising regularly, which I like doing but have a difficult time with motivation. • Because I will be able to feel good about my accomplishment instead of acting like a victim. Enough of that. Enough of blaming others for my emotional hunger. • Because I want to. • Because I can. Here I am, at the eve of October 1st and giving myself 2 months to do this. I WILL DO IT, MARK MY WORDS.

My Goals:
- in 30 days, create the habit of doing 20 mn of yoga and 15 mn of meditation every day. I have many goals but am focusing on one at a time as this will insure success.
My Program:
I simply do yoga shortly after I get up at 7:30. I would like to get up at 7:15 or even 7, but this is another goal a month from now.
Personal Information:
French but live in the US. Know how to eat well, but an emotional eater. Work from home as a graphic designer and illustrator (the kitchen is never far...). I love art, it sustains my life. Happily married, and have a sweet German Shepherd.
