My Goals:
My goal is to become more conscious of what I am eating and learn how to eat healthier. I would also like to lose some weight. I also would like to get into a routine workout plan, with 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week and include strength training.
My Program:
I am paying attention to the number of calories I am eating. I am watching the amount of fat I consume as well as trying to eat in a more balanced meals and healthier types of foods.
