I am 55 years old, high stress levels at home and work. Been overweight for too many years to mention.
After re-reading those first two sentences, I realized that while I am trying to tell you about myself, I'm starting with things that have defined me for so long. So here goes, try again - I love horseback riding (my mare is Canadian/Standardbred cross, my daughters and sons horses are Arabians - when in better shape we used to compete at Endurance Riding and Jumping), gardening (Horticulture Degree - owned a cool greenhouse business for 8 years until husband sustained head injury - now just do it for fun), keep very very active (ADHD diagnosed less than 3 months ago!). I manage to put many miles on my motorbike each season (my motorbike's name is "Minnie the Moocher" after my dads wartime plane). I am Mum to 3, wife to 1 :), and friend to all. Best times of my life is when my backdoor is chocked full of shoes :)
