Nursing student starting my weight loss journey

Hello everyone I'm a 21 year old Nursing student. I'm a senior and pretty soon I'll be graduating and getting married in the next couple of years. I used to weight 115 pounds but over the course of collage I have manged to gain a ton of weight. Hello everyone I'm a 21 year old Nursing student. I'm a senior and pretty soon I'll be graduating and getting married in the next couple of years. I used to weight 115 pounds but over the course of collage I have manged to gain a ton of weight. Last night when I weighed myself I was 195.5. and I am only 5'2" What I think is the worst is because I am a nursing student I know what I am supposed to do I just don't have the motivation that's why I turned to this website.Ironically I use nursing school as an excuse all the time to not have the time to be healthy. In May of 2013 I will be traveling abroad to Ireland for two weeks and Greece for 35 days. I'll be studying there and we will be island hopping and spending a lot of time on the beach. This is another reason I want to lose the weight. Also at the rate that I'm gaining weight I will be morbidly obese in no time. My BMI is way to high I want to get it down to a health number. My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week for 33 weeks. This will take me out of the obese BMI then through the overweight BMI and down to the a normal BMI of 23.8 from a BMI of 35. On may 4th 2013 there is a marathon in Indianapolis and I want to run in it. Anyone want to join me there? I have been asking some other nursing students and I can't let them down. :)
