Time for a change

I got married this April and I was horrified when I saw the pictures. I had no idea I had let myself get to big. I had always been naturally thin without exercising and I had ballooned up to over 170 pounds. I realized that I had to make some serious changes. I was tired of feeling bad about myself and always being sick. We didn't get to have a honeymoon in April and instead we are planning a trip for September. I've lost 10 pounds so far.
