Working towards onederland

I'm 32 years old and have not seen the number 1 as the first digit on the scales in over 10 years. My long term goal is to get my BMI down to the normal range, but my first ultimate goal is to reach onederland once again, 1 day at a time.

My Goals:
OCTOBER 2012 CHALLENGE

10 lbs in 31 days - gonna use every bit of dieting knowledge that I have to make this happen. Get my water in everyday and get moving A LOT!! Let's see how close I can get to this goal!

Goals:
Be under 200 by December 25 (28lbs in 11 weeks) Works out to be 2.5 lbs a week, gonna be a stretch - I want for 2012 to be the last time I weigh 200 and anything!

Be under 180 by March 2 (my 33rd birthday) (20 lbs in 10.5 weeks)

Be under 160 by June 30 (first fitting for my wedding dress) (22lbs in 17 weeks)
(If I can make this goal, not only will I weigh less then I have in the last 16 years I will for the first time weigh less then my husband to be.)


My Program:
Tracking calories - aiming to stay in the mid to low range of my daily allowance.

Eat clean unprocessed food, low sodium, high fiber, loosely following the eating guidelines of the GI diet.

Training to run a 5km Sept 2013

OK SWEETIE TIME TO GET A LITTLE ADVICE FROM MOMMA. KEEP CELERY AND RAW VEG IN FRIDGE FOR MUNCHIES. Sugar FREE JELLO AND COOL WHIP HELPS SWEET ATTACKS, ROOT BEER FLOAT ...1 C DIET ROOT BEER 1 C ICE, 2 T POWDERED MILK IN BLENDER...GREAT SUB. FOR REAL THING. DONT TRY TO GO COLD TURKEY...You'll SET YOURSELF UP TO FAIL. I KEEP ONE RULE IN MIND...IF ITS NOT A HEALTHY CARB....DONT EAT IT..WELL HOPE THIS HELPS.
