One step at a time...
I went out of town for a while, now I am back. I have not been following any routine. But I am ready to do it over again. I AM GOING TO LOOSE 100 LBS.

My Goals:
My goal is to live a healthy life style. I want to be able to run a mile or more. To set a good example for my kids through healty living. So when they grow up they will automatically know what to do. To let them know that your body is a temple and you must take care of it not only mentally but physically.

I have started doing my palites and my 100+ crunches in the morning. I am going to add more in the near future.
