Almost There...
Hi! I'm an overweight 25 year old teacher determined to lose that last 50lbs. I've recently discovered the Abs Diet and lost 12 lbs during the first 6 weeks. My Goals:
I want to lose 50lbs by February 18, 2009. This is a few days before my birthday and it would be the best present for me.
My Program:
Right now I'm doing three 20 minute sessions of strength training along with four 30 minute sessions of cardio per week. I'm following the Abs Diet which allows me to eat 6 small meals a day, emphasizing protein, whole grains, and dairy.
Other Information:
I *love* cooking and trying new recipes. Romance novels can be found throughout my house and I enjoy teaching.
