glad to have you on board and welcome to Sparkpeople. Like anything else you get out of it exactly what you put into it. Us dudes gotta stick together..

So far I have managed to lose 117 pounds working shiftwork as an industrial electrician. its tough but it can be done and it takes time. it is well worth the effort.. I added you to my friends list... stay with it..

Well good for her! LOL Glad you are on here! It really has made a difference for me....This years blogs will fill you in a little. People help keep me accountable....trying to lose weight and add muscle. Lost 30 so far!
