I've been disillusioned for a long time about my weight and what it actually means to be fit!! I've spent years fluctuating in size. When I wanted to drop weight basically I didn't eat until I was back to the size I liked- and it only lasted for a short while. I realised this is attitude runs throughout my life.

I'm looking for a lifestyle change and a healthier me for the long term. No more yo-yo-ing!! It's time to enjoy exercise again for the first time in years!!! I love positive people and positive challenges ;)

I'm 29 years old, 5'6 around 8st 7lbs (Dec 2012)

Goals:

2011 - Drop 14 lbs - achieved!

June 2011- Run first 10K race - achieved!

2013 - Half Marathon
2013 - To tone up


My Program:
Nutrition:
1300-1500 kcal per day as recommended by spark

4-5 smaller meals

Don't eat after 7pm

Fitness:
5x Cardio per week

3x strength per week

Thought it'd be interesting to keep track of my original profiles:

I'm 27 years old, 5'6 and starting out at 128 lbs. I would really like to get fit and healthy (a.k.a lean and toned!!) and comfortably run a 10k to start. Oh and drop about 14 pounds while I'm at it!


June 2011- Run first 10K race

Nutrition:
1200-1500 kcal per day as recommended by spark.

Fitness:
5x Cardio per week
(including run training)

Hopefully lots of different activities, I don't mind as long as I sweat a little ;). I love spinning, swimming and I'm trying out running, I have my first 10K in June!! Trying out Jillian Michael's too- 30 day shred + BFBM

3x strength per week
