I want to run again, but have to get in shape for it.
I'm not following any specific program. I limit my calorie and carb intake during the week (1352 calories and 150 carbs) and increase what I get on the weekends (2000 calories and 175 carbs). The 2 day increase is to stave off 'starvation mode'. I also try to walk/run 2 miles a day rather it's leisurely or an intense workout. I also watch my fiber, sodium, and protein intake to keep them in optimal range.
