I''M A SURVIVOR! :-)

I am a SURVIVOR. One thing I can honestly say is I am a SURVIVOR! I was Dx with cancer last year. I didn''t have just 1 cancer I had to cancers I was fighting. NHL and Ovarian, craxy right? Now, I just to fight and conquer this Obesity, which is another disease. God, I need to get healthy!

My Goals:
My goals would that I stay on my diet and keep exercising everyday. I would like to keep it everyday or every 2 days, day off, and every 3 days, day off. I would love to do eventually a mud run with my 9 year old twin boys.

My Program:
I am walking and watching what I eat. I have my boys or my dad go with me to keep me company.

Here's a couple of resources to help you on your way to health:
Watch the movie "Forks Over Knives" available free, I think, at

watch_video.php?v=6DDB895D6B3K It is in English with Spanish subtitles. The only free one I could find on the web. Also, look for "Esselstyn" on YouTube and watch some of his stuff, especially his lectures that are about an hour long. He also has a book called "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" that probably talks about cancer too.
