Thank's for the comment on my blog. I was starving and got Taco Bell for lunch but will watch my intake for the rest of the day. I should have a couple of hours tonight between work and activities to grocery shop. I'll have to get "easy foor" for the rest of the week since I will not be home at night and will need to pack all of my food for the day in the morning. Lots of fresh fruit (I've been missing my fruit) & veggies for snacking!!!
Hi ANGELICA, Welcome to the Team! One thing you can do to add exercise to your incredibly busy schedule is to shimmy at your desk. I'm not a student, but I DO have a desk I'm chained to. I'm often asked if I need the bathroom or if I have a treadmill back there. I smile & think about the calories that I'm burning. It's not a lot, but it adds up, especially since I try to always be in motion: swaying in line at the bank, rocking in my chair at the computer, etc. It adds up! About McDonald's. I restrict my visits to specific events. After fasting for blood tests I will indulge in a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and a hash brown. And if I have to rush to a meeting after work, I will get a regular cheeseburger and apple pie. And that's it! 2978 days ago
