Getting Better Everyday
Here I am, I believe two years after joining sparkpeople, I'm almost at my target weight. Its taken a long time & I plan on keeping it!! I had a lot of neat experiences through the last couple years. I've learned alot about health & exercise. Most of my knowledge came from spark people & taking a self defense class where I had access to a personal trainer. Let me tell ya I got my butt kicked ( literally!), but I learned I could sweat more than i ever though possible & I know my limits more than ever!! I loved the challenge & the friendships built from it. Now i'm just trying to stay in shape, get more toned while eating better & having fun along the way.

My Goals:
to look toned this summer!! I've worked so hard to get to where I am I dont want to back slide!! My goal is to do something active everyday! whether its strength training in the living room, running with my dogs, or rollerblading. I want to sweat for it least an hour a day!
My Program:
Ive been doing the 30 day shred!! it's fun & challenging. some days I'll Jillian's Banish the fat, if the 30 day is getting a little boring. :)
Personal Information:
I love being active. I love to do alot of things, especially with my dogs. I just recently got a donkey! Shes so cute & loveable!! you can check out her blog at 'daisythedonkey.blogspot.com' she's a good motivator since I can't gain much weight if I want to ride her!!
Other Information:
I love my dogs. i love my bicycle & need to ride it more!! I have what some would call a 'small farm' and get carried away thinking that hard work around the yard is enough, which i dont think it is! I have chickens too!!
