I am 35 years old. I have been obese for the last 7 years. I have lost almost 50 pounds in the past two years. It has been slow going and for the past few months I haven't been as serious as I should be. I am, now, very determined to get this weight off, and would love to be very near my goal of 140 pounds by my 36th birthday. I welcome any encouragement and suggestions.

My Goals:
28 points per day (Weight Watchers)
2 pounds per week
Exercise at least 5 days per week
Drink 8 glasses of water per day

Other goals: Pray at least once daily, and read something motivating at least once daily.

My Program:
I have been walking, dancing, I have been watching my points for Weight Watchers. I have been posting my status on weigh ins. I am talking to my sister in law about making sure I document each day - and she is going to hold me accountable.
