Love to eat. Don't love extra weight.

I'm an editor. Until recently, that meant I sat on my butt all day, but in August 2013, I switched to a standing workstation and I feel a lot better. I used to play a team sport, which kept me in decent shape. But after I stopped playing three years ago due to injury and time constraints, I slowly but surely gained 20 pounds.
