NEED TO DO IT!

I've gained and lost hundreds of pounds over the last 37 years. Last big weight loss was 70#. Only 5# from goal and just quite never made it. Gained back 17 over the last couple years and just can't keep up this yo-yo game. Want to be fit and healthy until the day I die!

emoticon Every day brings another chance to take our lives in a new direction. We need to keep an eye out for those opportunities and take advantage of them when we see them and not let them pass us by.
The secret is to "live life in the present, but look to the future." It's important to think about the things we want to accomplish in the next year of two and decide what we can do today to make it easier to reach those dreams.

WELCOME to SparkPeople. it is a delightful place to be. If you are open for change, it can happen here.

My suggestions:

1. Drink Water
2. Eat Well - there are meal plans with lots of recipes if you choose not follow a plan
3. Move your body, so many free exercise
4. Track your stuff, movement, food, necessary feelings. If you bite it, drink, swallow it, write it
5. Blog - share your victories, share your bitter days and in all of that, learn to forgive yourself
6. Make friends - support given and support received is invaluable.
7. Smile a lot, you are already beautiful!!!
