I am tired of being overweight and am going to do something about it now. I love my life and want to start living it! I am happily married mom of 4 who has struggled with my weight since I was a teenager and am ready for a lifestyle change not only for me, but my family too! I am having health issues that make it hard to work out so I just have to be a slow loser until I can get it fixed. I have 66 pounds to go and cant wait to take this journey with all of you! ...

I have 66 pounds to go and cant wait to take this journey with all of you! ***update*** I lost almost 40 pounds with spark people and derailed and gained most of it back. I am really sad about this but am still here to change that! My goal is to happier and healthier and if I do that, the weight will come off, I know it will-I am just going to keep Sparking! My Goals:
I will set my next goal after I meet it~ One step at a time My first goal is under 200 pounds by June 30~Met!!! 2nd goal is to be 183 by fall (Sept 21) My half way point!!!~Met! (a month late but the important part is i made it!) *****new goals***** June 1 st 2013- to be back under 200 lbs! April 28, 2014 is my date for my goal weight of 150
My Program:
Drink 8 glasses of water a day take my vitamins everyday Be as active as I can without over doing it (causing my vertigo) Use my nutrition counter daily
