My Goals:
I've never been a fan of weight goals or "If I can fit into these pants, I'll be happy." Happiness is far more complex than that. I just want to be the energetic and athletic person I was before college and career became my priorities.

My Program:
Diet: 25% Protein, 45% Carbohydrate, 30% Fat.

Workout: 3-4 days weights, 1-2 days cardio, 1-2 days yoga. I'm currently on a strength routine (e.g., heavy compound movements for 3-6 reps), trying to get back into the swing of things after an apathetic March. I'm starting to take an interest in kettlebell training (RKC style, heavy ballistic lifts), but I'm still in the prep phase, gathering equipment and doing foundation exercises to allow for a safe transition.

Dude! ChaLEAN Extreme is an AWESOME workout! I lost 40lbs this past year with ChaLean Ext. I did Chalean and shakeology (a meal replacement shake). Good luck to you! Excited to see your results!!
