My Goals:
I'm trying to eat less animal products. I'm not vegetarian, but I'm trying to eat that way as much as possible.

I'm also trying to run a 10k.

My Program:
I'm eating vegetarian until supper, when I eat meat.

I'm also on a Couch to 5k program to begin with.

Personal Information:
I'm getting married in December, so I'm trying to shape up a little before then as well.

I'm also battling some mental disorders such as Panic disorder and depression. Treatment for these have made a tremendous improvement in my well-being.

Other Information:
I like reading and writing. I'm a very spiritual person, but I'm not religious. I like to approach things with an open heart and open mind as much as possible.
