HI Kathleen, thank you for commenting on back-to-tracking blog! You are absolutely right about those little bites... I guess for me the added nuisance of tracking it does the trick : ) I like to go a couple of months without tracking, just to enjoy the feeling of freedom ; ) but I see this always ends with gaining some weight back.
