I've recently learned that I have a ruptured disk and a herniated disk, and the beginnings of arthritis in my lower back. I just had my second spinal injections and the pain is much better, but I still have to be careful what I do.

I love movies, television, and writing.

I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the Biggest Loser SPRING Challenge ALL Teams TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
