I'm at my highest ever without being pregnant! I'm not fitting into any of my clothes! AAAAHHHHH So it's time to get motivated! 21 lbs by my 39th birthday is my goal! This will also put me at athe top of a healthy B.M.I. rate. But little steps! This week, at least 2 fruits/veggies a day, drink at least 4 cups of water a day, walk 10 minutes a day and tell some friends of my goals!:)

I'm over two weeks into this and have lost 6 pounds officially...8 1/2 so far today. I think I've done well with my fruits and vegetables, I'm at least 3-4 a day, my water has been at least 4 cups, usually 6ish, but I haven't done my 10 minute walk each day! I will have to revisit this later!:) But I'm telling everyone about Spark people and have already recruited one:) I'm on every day, spinning the wheel, recording my food, doing a quiz, sometimes responding to posts....It's helping to keep my focused!:)

Week 3 - 8 lbs...167:)!!!!

Mother's Day and I stayed VERY on track! I weigh in tomorrow!:)

5 weeks and I've lost 11.5 lbs...164.5:) WOOOHOOOO!!:) 9 weeks and 9.5 to go! Got a big camping trip over Memorial Day weekend this week. I'm going to try real hard to stay focused! It'll be hard, cause we drink and snack all day...but I think I'll at least maintain and will try to at least loose 1 pound:) I'm drinking 6-8 glasses of water now! I'm still eating a good 2-4 servings of vegetables/fruit. But I'm still not exercising. And I adjusted my weight so that my calories have dropped, that will be a challenge!:)

6-4-12 I've been out almost two weeks from a week long vacation over Memorial Day. My goal was to just maintain But I even lost a half pound!;) YAY! 12 lbs total with 9 to go! I'm hoping now to loose 5 by June 30, about four weeks, I think I can do that!:)

06-19-12 After 9 weeks I'm at a loss of 15!!! Slow and steady but getting there! I'm hoping for 6 pounds in 5 weeks to reach my original goal...And that gives me just a bit of cushion for an outing this weekend:)

4-6-13: started again at 179.5...yes I gained back more then I lost since last summer.:(
4-15-13: 174.5...5 lbs loss. I started reading a couple articles here. My husband has challenged me and is also working on a goal.we have a trip in now 9 more weeks and hoping to loose 15 more lbs. I also turn 40 in July and hope to loose another 10 by then.

This past week I focused on drinking lots of water. I think I will focus on fruits and veggies this week.

My Goals:
My Goal is first to feel good about myself, to fit into my clothes comfortably, to not be out of shape playing with my kids. I started spark the heaviest I've ever been. My nice and easy goal is 21 lbs by my Birthday, July 24 (over three months). Then ideally it'll be to get in the mid 130's which will put me in the middle of my healthy range of 114-154. That's another 20 pounds...exercise will definitely have to play a part in that....:)

My Program:
Tracking, journaling, having fun with spark points, learning info from quizzes and articles, sharing with friends and those who support me!....All are helping me stay focused! Eventually I will add exercise!

Personal Information:
I'm a 39 year old with two kids and a fabulous husband!
I'm part of an incredible community at church, I have an amazing family. I live in an area where weather is incredible and allows me to be very active!

Other Information:
I love to travel! I like to read historical romance novels and medieval period books.
