Hang in there, I know how you feel. I am having knee replacement surgery tomorrow and haven't been able to walk very well for a time. As soon as I recover I hope to walk a couple miles a day and start losing again. 1382 days ago

On thing I would suggest is: Keep collecting Spark Friends like candy!! They are calorie free, Low Carb and they always give you something to "chew on"!!
You can just "friend" them...no need to ask. We are friendly and don't bite!
You can find motivation and inspiration from everyone here, even those that are struggling (because you know how they feel!!) Welcome new people, Join teams, blog, join challenges, blog, be excited, blog. And did I mention: blog? The future fabulous you will want to look back at your journey and will want to encourage others!! When the excitement wanes (it WILL!!) put down your pom poms and lurk in the background, (but don't leave and don't do too much damage) and wait for the tide to turn...pick up your oars and keep rowing.
