My Goals:
Go from 174 to 145 lbs. Drink 8 cups of water/day. Get 7-9 hours of sleep/day. Fit into my old clothes. Be less self-conscious. Be healthier and happier overall.
My Program:
Zumba (45 minutes, 2x/week) Cardio (at least 20 minutes each day) Strength training (at least 2x per week) Tracking my nutrition. Moving in general any chance I get!
Personal Information:
I recently received my Masters in Business Administration. I work as a marketer for a home health agency in NW Ohio. I am a HUGE Cincinnati Reds fan! :) I love to read, mostly mystery and suspense, but other things as well. I also love to go to concerts, spend time with friends and family, organize, and watch HGTV. I am looking forward to getting to know others and making friends to accompany me on my weight loss journey!
