I turned 30 on the 7th of Jan. 2012! I am a huge junk food junkie and I live off of diet wild cherry pepsi. I have realized if I continue down this path... I will end up no where. The past week I have started making small but huge changes. Eating healthier and walking more. I plan to take baby steps to get to my goal. I know if I continue adding small changes it will result in a healthier me!
