I am 23 years old and have decided that I want to get healthy and stop with all of the yo-yo dieting that I have been doing practically my entire life. I've been overweight since elementary school and have tried many diet and workout plans that worked in the short-term, but I usually gain all (if not more) of the weight back. For the past few months I have been eating a healthy diet and tried to work out at least 4 days a week. In have gotten down to around 118 and I am now back on Sparkpeople ...
I am 23 years old and have decided that I want to get healthy and stop with all of the yo-yo dieting that I have been doing practically my entire life. I've been overweight since elementary school and have tried many diet and workout plans that worked in the short-term, but I usually gain all (if not more) of the weight back. For the past few months I have been eating a healthy diet and tried to work out at least 4 days a week. In have gotten down to around 118 and I am now back on Sparkpeople for good to lose and maintain the last few pounds. The only time that I have been consistent is on this website. This time I'm hoping to make a lifestyle change and keep the weight off permanently.

I joined the Fall 5% Challenge and I want to put my plans to lose weight here:

-I want to workout at least 5 days a week for 60 minutes. I will probably do blogilates and some form of card.
- I don't have a particular diet plan that I want to follow. I just want to eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and try to stay away from processed and fast food.
