My Goals:
I want to lose weight to be happier, first, and then as a secondary goal, to look better. This is a life style change, not a diet.

My Program:
I joined a Total Fitness Center that has given me a lot of tools to become the me I want to become. I exercise my upper body on two different days, both days share some exercises, while some vary. I work my lower body on two days with similar differences. I also do HIIT on a treadmill Tuesdays and Thursdays. Elliptical on upper body days and just a nice warm up and cool down on the treadmill on lower body day.

I changed my food intake from 3 times a day to 6 meals a day with higher focus on protein while making sure I take in good carbs.

Personal Information:
My name is Andrew. I am 24 years old and live in SC. I work as a front counter and cook for a bowling alley. I enjoy archery, games like League of Legends and Black Ops 2. I am going to be a healthier me.
