Hello AJ,
It's been a while since I've been on here but I have started over again. Are you still on here? I'm now journaling my food in a bk so I can carry it with me. Seems to work better. I see I have been eating way too much food and not enough veggies and fruits. I will try to add more to my diet. I pray all is well with you. Bye for now and God 's blessings be with you! I was just looking at your photos, and your have gorgeous Aussie pups. I love the look of the Aussies, especially their tail when it wiggles because they are happy, it's a breed that I have been considering getting. They are gorgeous

How exciting new foals.. I love watching them get up on wobbly legs and figuring out how to move.

When you get a chance http://supersizemycob.blogspot.com I started a blog all about my adventures with Rosie and Bonnie.

Thank you for the kind words in your spark mail!!! I can definitely relate to the sore feet ~ plantar fasciitis I have...but I just deal with it.

I love doing the daily challenges...they either are just enough for those that aren't really exercising yet...show others something new...or just plain FUN (like the dancing)! We may be forty somethings, but we definitely aren't dead yet! My motto has been...Life begins at 40!!!

So, I am so happy that you continue to read them! I enjoy helping anybody on SP in anyway I can! I know that everybody is at different stages in their healthy lifestyle journey and if I can nudge somebody in the right direction...I am so happy for that!

Have a great Tuesday and I hope your feet will start to feel better!
Kelley
