Hello my name is Amber and I am starting my life style change 6.09.11. A little about myself.. I am married to the guy of my dreams who at first was skeptical about my new journey! Now that he is seeing the results he is amazed and cheering me on all the way! I love him! I have 3 little girls! Deanna who is 9 and in the 4th grade, Tayla who is 2 and silly as all get out and I have Jessica who joined the angels in Heaven at the age of 19 months. My Family is my biggest motivation. I want to play with me kids, I want to be sexy for my husband, I want to wrestle with him on the floor again like we used to (so much fun) but most of all I need to do this for me!! So far my progress was been well.. I have had some struggles but I have to remember to over come those struggles and so far I have! This has not been an easy change that's for sure! But its been a fun one I will say that. My kids like to do the exercises with me.. Actually my 2 year old will push me out of the way so she can rock out with her Zumba move HAHA! its so cute to watch. There is no giving up. I have come so far and I refuse to give up.. I WILL achieve my goals! Might take a year or two but I WILL GET THERE!!! :) thanks for visiting!!

My Goals:
Short Term Goal: 260 ~ Done ~ 6.19.11 250 ~ Done ~ 7.21.11 240 ~ Done ~ 8.18.11 230 ~ Done ~ 9.21.11 220 ~ Done ~ 11.23.11 210 200 190 180 170 160 150 140 130 120 My Main objective: I want and will be back down to 120. I know I can do this.
My Program:
As of right now, I am doing Strength training: atleast 30 mins a day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. with Saturday and Sunday as my rest days. Cardio Workouts: atleast 60 mins a day 7 days a week. I am starting to track my calories, sodium and fats. But having difficulties so far. I know I can get the hang of it. Zumba Every other day.
Personal Information:
I am happily Married with 3 little girls, one has gone to heaven at 19 months old. I am in Fayetteville, NC and a Stay at home mom.
