Hello everyone, i'm re-doing my goals once again as i still haven't figured out exactly what goals i am gonna be able to meet.

goal 1: 225 by October 28, 2011
goal 2: 200 by Dec 31st 2011
goal 3: 175 by march 31st 2012
goal 4: 150 by June 25th 2012

Maybe goal 5: 145 August 2nd 2012

Hey there, glad to see you're coming to our Spark Rally. Your son should be fine there. They have a little table & chairs for kids and a big wall chalkboard. My 7 year old always comes and brings something to do plus I keep him busy with some yogurt :)

Don't forget to join the water mini challenge in Over 100lbs to Lose Buddies group. Make sure you're drinking that water and keeping track in group emoticon emoticon It ends on Monday and a new one begins.
