I've made some progress with getting in shape. I've joined the Sparks beach body bootcamp challenge. I hope it will prepare me for my company's corporate challenge later in May. November 30, 2009 I'm going to set mini-goals and reach them!
For the first time in my life, I've been sticking to recording my food intake. This week I'm going to concentrate more on exercising every day. November 30, 2009 I quit logging my food and slacked on my exercise. I've got to get back on track.
Thank you so much. Your faith in me has always been a driving point for me. I think that's part of it, when the times came where I was ready to run for the hills or hide under my bed, it was thoughts of people like you who really believed that I could do the things I was trying to do. It just scares me, if you weren't there would I start hiding again? I don't want to know the answer to that.

Wow, 13 times in one night is better? I am glad to hear you are doing better, but that is still a lot of times to wake up. It is hard to be our best when we are tired. Good luck as you continue your efforts to improve your sleep patters.
