I stick with the winners! I belong to some challenging teams. I've met amazing and inspirational people. Tracking everything everyday does work for me. I'm willing to get involved and be a part of healthy activities.
That's exactly my thinking. We're here to help one another - and "in person" friends should be as well. Bashing ourselves or one another - no matter whether it's "truthful" or not, isn't helping.
I think self-loathing - which may be a little strong, but I can't come up with another term at the moment - is partly what got most of us in this predicament, and making one another insecure about something trivial is a push back in that negative direction.
We need to feel better about the selves that we are *right now*, no matter what our weight, mass, reflectivity or specific gravity, and not postponed for some future day of "perfection." I can honestly say that I've been thin and I've been rich (although not at the same time, and neither at the moment), and neither one made a darned bit of difference in my overall happiness. Happiness comes from liking yourself and is enhanced when other people like and support you - and that, to my mind, is what we're doing here on SP.

Aurlie, thanks for the tip on looking for snowflake earrings on Amazon. My husband got me some last year and she wants those...of course I can't find anything even close, but I think that I am going to score a pair on Amazon that she will like.
