Greetings all that are blessed to be here this day.

I'm a 24 year young woman who is looking to begin a healthy life style. I've never been very heavy but having a thyroid problem has caused me to gain some weight these last couple of years.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself....

In 2005 I was pregnant with a beautiful baby boy, he was born prematurely and live one beautiful blessed day. I didn't understand at the moment why that had happened to me but I was ok with it b/c I knew the Lord would not put anything on me I could not bare. In 2006 I found out I was pregnant again...all I could think about was how I hoped this pregancy would be different. Well I found out I was pregnant with twin girls. I lost the first twin at 17wks...still didn't understand why...I kept telling myself that the Lord would not allow me to be pregnant with twins to take both my babies from me...BOY WAS I WRONG...at 22 wks on the dot...I lost twin #2....She had a slight heart beat but didn't have the lungs to breath. I vowed to this day that I would get my body in shape so that I will be able to hold a baby longer than 24 weeks.

Don't feel sorry for me...I tell this story b/c there may be some woman out that who can relate to me and thought she was the only one that went through this...YOU'RE NOT ALONE! Please don't mistake any of my losses for a miscarrage...I held two out of three of my babies...

Having Hypothyroidsm has taught me some lessons in life...VALUE EVERY MINUTE OF IT! I went 6mths. without my medicine when I finally did get some insurance and went to the doctor when I got my first test done I found out two mths later that my level was 283.42 my doctor told me that he was suprised that I wasn't in a comma! I felt my body shuttin down on me but I didn't realize it was that bad.

The Lord has blessed me with breath to breathe for a reason. I have learned to take everyday as it's my last b/c I don't know when that day may come.

I hope to reach my goal of 135 by June 12th but if I don't then I will know that means it wasn't for me.

Drink 8 cups of water

Eat more fruit

Eat more vegetables

Do cardio and strenght training everyday.

Speak only positive words so that only postive things will happen to me.


My Program:
Eat a well balanced meal.

Drink 8 cups of water daily

30 mins. of Srength Training

30 mins. of Cardio



Personal Information:
I am a well rounded person. I just got a new job as a County Coordinator. I give low-income family assitance with food and utilities.

I enjoy music, reading when I have time, shopping, sleeping and eatting.

I look forward to meeting my weight loss goals!
