In need of a motivational "sparker"

Trying once again to stick with exercising regularly and eating healthy. I had lost 30lbs 2 years ago, and felt wonderful, but let my sweet tooth take control once again. I want to feel more energy and self-confidence by taking care of myself. I hope to do it this time around.

My Goals:
Excercise a little everyday. Eat at least 1 healthy thing everyday. Stop pounding sweets! Try to lose the 30+ pounds I have gained over the last 2 years.

My Program:
I have not developed just yet :(

Personal Information:
I have lived in Georgia all my life, and was laid off 1 year ago ( maybe another excuse to gain weight?) I enjoy gardening and baking, but have not been able to do these things as much as I would like to ( I guess to busy eating candy/sweets)
