My best suggestion is just to follow the program - It took me a few weeks but I found that drinking all that water really helped. I started out slow with the exercise but gradually worked my way up - I also try to vary my workouts - by doing different machines or taking different routes when I am outside. The other thing is making sure you are doing this for yourself - I tried many times to diet because someone else thought I should - Turns out it worked this time because it was all for me - and still is!
