I need to drop 39lbs buy March and I will do it! I'm setting this goal 12/6/2010 and I need to lose a target weight of 10lbs a month

My Program:
I starting drinking soda and eatting fast food and way to much I know what my limit is and I need to stick to it. My goal no soda for 2 weeks to start

Well hello there, and thank you for stopping by. I need all the help and motivation I can get. I need someone checking regularly to see if I worked out, if I ate right, definitely if I worked out. I have no excuses. I have every workout video imaginable and I have a gym at work. No excuses. I should be working out everyday at work, but I am not. Too many excuses and not enough time for me.

Hello and Welcome!!!

My starting weight was 155lbs. I have been a group fitness instructor for 12+ years, so have build a lot of strength, muscle mass and stamina because of that, but also carried a lot of body fat due to my poor poor eating habits. (It's true what they say, "you can't exercise away a POOR diet!")

My abs look like they do now, simpley because I am dedicated to fitness, and I workout everyday for an hour, weither it be lifting weights or cardio! I do it all, and I love it!!!

What do you need help with, darling?

emoticon And u were concerned about it hurting when u get ur fill----- The dr. will numb u and as for me and most likely everyone else --

I didn't feel pain, but for ME I felt a little weird at times cause it took him awhile to get it ,, He would ask all the time if I was ok ,, I just talked and tried to look around and think about something else

But at any time Even if he was asked the same thing a 1000,00000,00000, Times, I would ask him whatever came to mind just to get it out of my head emoticon

So pleze ask ur dr. anything U NEED ANSWERED!!
