My fight with obesity

Hello all! I am one of those individuals that sits in front of a computer for hours at time for a living. My battle started when I was in the Military, hurt my knee, and started working double shifts for Corporate America. Since then, I've been able to fit many other activities into my schedule so now I am going to fit in more exercise and become a better me.

My Goals:
I just want to get below 230 lbs but I'll be even happier if I can get to 195 lbs.

My Program:
Started off with protein shakes and 30 -90 minutes of exercise that includes cardio and weight training.
