My Goals:
I would like to lose about 2lbs a week . For a total of 35 lbs ...If all goes according to plan I should reach my goal wt of 150lbs around Mid June
My Program:
I do wt training 3 x a week for 1 hour. 2 of those times I work with a trainer. I try to do 40-60mins of cardio 2-3x week and just overall keeping active
Personal Information:
I am 44 yrs old , married mom of 5. grandmother to 2 . I work full time.
