hey! i saw you on the beachbody board and wanted to ask you about the programs, since it seems you've tried them all! ;o) i am in phase 3 of the p90x system. i really love it but wanted to try a second program, but i want one that i'll really like and see a lot of progress from since they are kinda expensive. for p90x, i do the ST days and add in an extra day of legs each week, but i generally don't do the more cardio-based dvds, like plyo, core, cardio, yoga. i tend to like to focus on my own cardio (running, elliptical, bikings, etc.). i've lost a few lbs, some inches, and about 5% body fat on p90x (and gained over 10 lbs LBM!). i am looking at trying either insanity, chalean extreme, or p90x plus. i know that insanity is cardio based and maybe that's what i need to finally shed the last of this fat off. i think taht chalean will be similar to p90x, which is what i'd probably like about it, but i've heard some say that it's not as intense. i want intenisty because i want to see some major results (i'm seeing definition in my arms, but my abs and legs are still pretty soft). a friend ordered p90x plus after doing a round of p90x and says that it makes her good and sore...but if p90x hasn't been as effective as i'd like, should i dole out more money for p90x plus? these are the things running through my mind about the programs. any advice you could offer would be so appreciated! 2307 days ago
Hi, I stumbled across your page...beautiful pics! I was wondering, which program do you think promotes the most weight loss if followed correctly?
