THANKS FOR PASSING BY MY PAGE.... :-)


I am a stay home wife and mother of two beautiful kids..and like all stay home mother I belive we are the managers of our homes. I first joined spark to loose some weights about 15lbs. I love to eat sweet specially icecream, Cold Stone to be exact, lol. But I have brain wash myself, as my kids tell me. So, Cold Stone is only a very special reward.
In this journey I've have falling in love with the human body and how we can shape it tone it and built it. With consistency I've seen results. I know it has taken me some time and I have a few more pounds to go and it's my fault. I have the determination but need to persevere.
I'm so glad I found this site. I've learn so much. There are some great stories here, and I know it can be done.
In no time I will reach my goal!!

Where I stand today is so much different than a year ago. I've learned to choose the right foods and plan my exercises. I'm almost at my weight goal, but the way I feel and look is what's important to me. I can say that at age 41 I feel like I felt in my 20's.
I have more energy than ever!!!
I want to thank Spark people, my friends and team members for the help, encouragement and motivaation.

It doesn't stop there. My son has been working out with me and in the process he has lost about 15lbs. I have to work on his eating habits, but it hard; he is in his teens and likes to eat. So far I'm happy that he is eating more fruits. Also, my husband after seen my results started training with me. Woo Hoo!!!
We are all in this together to become a healthier and fit family.

My Program:
Well, it was time to make some chances.

This is my new program:

~Walk/jog 3x a week for 30-45 min.

~Bike 45 min. 2x a week

~Circuit training 2x a week.

~Strengthening exercise 3x a week

~~How I eat.

I eat 6 small meals

Veggies and Fruits

Protein from natural sources.

8 or more 8oz water.








Personal Information:
I've been a stay at home mom for the past 8 yrs. I also homeschools my kids. My days are very busy but usually find time to get everything done.

I'm a Property Manager for my Condominium.

I know I dont have much to loose but these extra pound are in my way. LOL


Other Information:
I love to read, my night table can't hold any more books, but lately I find myself on my laptop to much. And right now am hooked on Sudoku. :0)
