I've wanted to lose the extra pounds for years. December 1, 2008 I decided it was time to make it happen, so that's what I am working on. 1)Take the extra pounds off. 2) Keep them off...forever.

regarding the hula hoop. I'm almost 47, I remember loving it as a child. The weighted hoop does help. I looked dreadful when I first started, I just kept at it. My 18 year old couldn't keep it going. It's one of those things that just takes persistence. The funny thing about it, after I started, I noticed I had much better mobility in my back than previously. It seemed to loosen something up. It felt really good. Don't let the mental hurdle get you. We can never get any better at anything unless we try. You can do it!

Saw that you needed support! Let me know what I can do to help. Sometimes all you have to do is step back and breath and start again. That's what I am doing today. Got up went to the gym had a healthy breakfast and now on with the rest of my day. I'm here if you need me!
