I've wanted to lose the extra pounds for years. December 1, 2008 I decided it was time to make it happen, so that's what I am working on. 1)Take the extra pounds off. 2) Keep them off...forever.
Running 3 days a week, practicing portion control, aikido, strength training with resistance bands.

Thanks for posting on my page! What an encouragement! I've just returned from a trip to Laos. The food was so good there! I'm mentally getting my mind in the right frame, ready to start walking again (had a sciatic nerve pinched), and I have a list of markets that have fresh produce. Hmmm, I think everything is coming into alignment! Here's to "getting back into the groove".
