I've wanted to lose the extra pounds for years. December 1, 2008 I decided it was time to make it happen, so that's what I am working on. 1)Take the extra pounds off. 2) Keep them off...forever.

Thank you for the Spark Goodie! I'm still trying to get use to some of the changes on the site and didn't see the notice until now :-)

Cross your fingers and hold your breath, I'm going to try to see if I can walk today, blister not withstanding, or I'll have to switch to bicycling.

Thanks for the "welcome back". It has been a really strange duration of time away and a lot of inactivity or I haven't been tracking anything.
